The Tomatoes Country Buffet: Southern Buffet in Kennesaw, GA

Highly recommend this place! Everything was fresh, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The vegetables and fruits were especially fresh, and the flavors were well balanced - not too salty. Even with today’s rising prices, it’s an excellent value for a healthy and satisfying meal. The staff were kind, and my whole group had a wonderful lunch. So glad we have a place like this in the area, truly a local gem!

I am a frequent customer, however today was the start of the Tomatoes brunch special. I had to check it out! The food was hot and fresh, and there was no end to the amount of bacon I ate. Best of all, after my breakfast, I can get up and grab lunch! For its price, and the free drinks and coffee, I would say this buffet is the best deal in town.

Went to dine there on Sunday. The service was excellent. our server did a great job. She was always there checking on us. The food was excellent. The barbecue meatloaf, the pot roast, the vegetables, sweet potatoes, especially, fried green tomatoes were very good.

Fist visit and it was all delicious. The salad bar was beautifully fresh with a large selection. All the hot bar items were well made,nothing seemed out of a can. Everything was hot,stayed filled and was well seasoned. The desert selection was a little weak the cookies were a tad stale. Addition of an ice cream station would be nice.

Big restaurant with a ton of food choices. Salad Bar, soups, desserts, and a big selection of entrees and vegetables everyday. They have a core of everyday offerings and add/ change up about 6-8 items daily to the constant menu. Prices are good and drinks are included. I see they just added brunch items but haven’t tried that offering yet. Good staff that is attentive and keeps things clean. On Barrett Pkwy west of 75 about .25 mile in a shopping center with Whataburger up front. Best farm to table comfort food in NW Cobb.

You know the buffet is going to be lit when you see the old ppl gang coming in and out. Service is good and the food is fresh and well prepared, my comfort food place in Kennesaw

Will somebody please stop me from going to this place?? Generally, I do not like buffets, but the food at this place is so good, I keep coming back. The restaurant is in a mini mall. There is plenty of parking. The price for all you can eat is extremely reasonable! One person, depending on age and eating in, will not pay more than 15.00. The assortment of food is too varied for.me to list all. But what I have tried ; different types of chicken, meatloaf, and vegetables, were all good. There is a take out available...you put food in containers and the containers are weighed Some days very crowded)Sunday after church) and other days less so. The atmosphere is not upscale it is your regular diner type environment. Everything is kept clean. When someone invited me to go here, I really put up a fuss. Now I cannot stop going when I am in the area!

The food was delicious....the broccoli salad was so stuffed that it was hard to get out. Suggest breaking up the broccoli florets in smaller pieces. No dressing on it. The chicken livers were really salty. Less salt. The server kept mixing up our drinks and not very present at our table. Employee running the loud vacuum while eating. We have been here before and it's very good, but sad it was a birthday celebration today.
